Job Summary

We seek a Project Manager who is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented to lead strategic projects within our production unit. This individual will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and clear communication with our team.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all production-related projects, including operations, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Cordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards, in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
  • Use project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • A startup mindset: agile, adaptive, fast-learning, and growth-oriented.

Prior Experience

  • Experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is highly preferred.
  • Cordinating with international teams is a plus.
  • PMP certification is not mandatory.
