We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team in Delhi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams and external partners, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Performing general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and records in an organized manner.
- Assisting with coordination between teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office equipment and productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
