Job Title: Process Compliance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Process Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing effective internal controls, monitoring adherence to these controls, and tracking processes across various verticals. You will also be responsible for conducting regular process audits, identifying weaknesses, and suggesting improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of audit and compliance principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of all processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement effective internal controls
- Monitor adherence to internal controls
- Track processes across various verticals
- Conduct regular process audits
- Identify and suggest improvements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in audit and compliance
- Able to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner
- Goal-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in audit or process improvement is essential
