Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
  • Negotiating skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively
  • Assisting in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent
  • Supporting internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
  • Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and HR sourcing
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday for efficient candidate management
  • Solid understanding of employment law and labor law as it pertains to recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos for managing employee data
