Enterprise Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our organization. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a business architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive and govern the digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong cross-domain knowledge and expertise in core functions like Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  • In-depth domain understanding is required in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, or Banking and Finance Services.
  • Deep expertise is needed in process re-engineering, process mining, and hands-on experience with process tools, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Fair knowledge of Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, business application portfolio rationalization, application modernization, containerization, APIs, and other aspects.
