Collection Executive Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit control and debt collection.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong analytical mind is also essential, as the role requires in-depth analysis of financial data to inform effective collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all outstanding debts and payments
  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the finance team to address any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in credit control and debt collection principles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of financial data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant experience in a financial or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
