  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software and related products to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Monitor application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc., for optimal functionality.

  • Design and implement databases to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement and maintain database security by creating and managing users and roles, assigning privileges accordingly.
  • Collaborate as part of a team and provide 24×7 support when required, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform general technical troubleshooting and provide consultation to development teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support to address product-related queries.
  • Patch management and version control are essential to maintaining up-to-date systems.
  • Database and application tuning, performance monitoring, and cloning DEV and TEST from PROD environments are critical tasks.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and applications knowledge in Supply Chain and Financials is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c is necessary for this role.
  • Knowledge of Demantra Administration is a significant advantage.
  • Exadata and Data Guard expertise is also required.
  • PL/SQL and Linux scripting skills are essential for this position.
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra would be an added bonus.
  • A wide range of general database skills is necessary to excel in this role.
  • Knowledge of DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle GoldenGate is a plus, but not mandatory.
