Performance Tester Position">

This role is crucial to our engineering team in developing a comprehensive performance testing strategy. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, scripting and executing load, stress, and scalability testing.

  • Design and develop solutions for supporting Cloud and CI/CD for Service Enablement.">
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and vendors.">
  • Monitor server metrics using APM tools.">
  • Participate in continuous improvement measures to increase automation efficiency.">
  • Innovate and implement solutions based on industry standards.">
  • Analyze business requirements, solution designs, process documentation for feasible transactions.">
  • Implement best performance test practices as part of Enterprise solution.">

  • Conduct endurance, stress, load, volume testing to validate production readiness.">
  • Provide Performance testing software systems support.">
  • Coordinate and execute creation of Test Cases, scripts and performance test execution.">

  • Perform load testing across multiple messaging protocols, focusing on application performance.">

Requirements and Qualifications">

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 7+ years of experience in performance testing. The ideal candidate should have experience working with OpenText LoadRunner, Jmeter, and APM tools. Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques, and standards is essential. Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes is also required.
