Manufacturing Supervisor

This is a high-profile leadership role that requires expertise in Valve Assembly and Testing. The successful candidate will oversee the entire process, from assembly to hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.

About the Job:

  • Oversight of assembly and hydro pneumatic testing operations for customized fabricated valves.
  • Collaboration with design and quality control teams to ensure final product meets specifications.
  • Maintenance of test bed readiness, safety, and performance standards.
  • Monitoring of throughput, rejection rates, and acceptance clearance processes.
  • Led a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers focused on efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, including at least 2 years in a similar management role in fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage valve assembly and testing operations.
  • Coordinate with design and QC to meet product requirements.
  • Evaluate and maintain test bed readiness.
  • Track key metrics such as throughput and rejection rates.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
