Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Price Book Coordinator to maintain accurate item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook. This role involves inputting new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing old items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and maintain item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook.
  • Input new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors in Pricebook.
  • Maintain and clean up Pricebook data, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing old items.
  • Work daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners.

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • PDI/Price Book, Marketing, and/or Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Willing to learn store applications including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry & communication skills.

  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
