Automated Testing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Automated Testing Specialist to join our project. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for testing and automating applications using web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C# and Playwright.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software testing, working under minimal supervision to test complex applications. They will collaborate closely with business users, application build teams, and other IT teams within the project to meet World Bank Group internal standards and guidelines.

Key skills required include hands-on experience with designing automation frameworks, Azure Test Plans, and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Jmeter and SonarQube is also beneficial. Additionally, strong process analysis skills, ability to suggest improvements, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will possess leadership skills, ability to work with diverse team members, and strong presentation and facilitation skills. The role involves collaborating directly with clients and management without supervision.
