Software Tester with a Passion for Automation

As an accomplished software tester, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team working on web and mobile applications.

About the Role

You will collaborate closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software at speed.

  • Design and develop automated test suites for end-to-end UI testing using Cypress.
  • Create and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
  • Configure nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions.
  • Analyze test results, identify failures, and work with developers to resolve defects.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts, and test plans.
  • Working knowledge of AWS: provisioning, IAM, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
