Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and terminology is a plus.
