Job Description

The Project Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the local management of all project execution activities within a specific area.

  • Development and implementation of detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Monitoring and ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), order backlog, revenue forecast, and margin retention (EBITDA).
  • Management of global client relationships and export documentation for international orders.
  • Guiding cross-functional teams and subcontractors to optimize resources and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in order handling and execution, with hands-on experience in order booking, drawing preparation, customer approval, customer coordination for inspection, dispatch clearance, and payment collection.

They should also have enhanced knowledge of MV switchgear products and be proficient in ePlan and Power BI.

A degree in Electrical Engineering and excellent communication skills in English are required. If you are a motivated individual passionate about delivering results, this opportunity may be suitable for you.
