Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, facilitating agile methodologies and coordinating activities across development teams.
  • Coordinate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.
  • Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role.
