Quality Assurance Lead Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality Assurance Lead Job Overview:As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software delivery processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence and deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects/programs.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.
  4. Analyze problem logs, apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
  5. Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
 Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the US Healthcare industry.
  3. Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment.
  4. Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments.
  5. Sound understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.
  6. Good knowledge and experience in IT service management operations.
  7. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.
  8. Trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.
