As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet committed timelines and manage internal stakeholders to support delivery excellence.

  • Own the customer journey post-project booking until handover.
  • Act as highest point of escalation for regional issues and resolve them within committed deadlines.
  • Coordinate with teams to enable faster issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Empower the existing team, hire new talents, and adhere to defined processes for standardized customer experiences.
  • Ensure timely project completion, high customer satisfaction scores, and efficient escalations resolution.

Key requirements include:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in similar industries or operational roles.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through relationships with builders, architects, and interior consultants.
