Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality Skid modules. The successful candidate will lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices for Skids and its components
  • Gather exposure to various manufacturing techniques and scheduling of Skid Modules
  • Capability to lead and organize entire Skid Projects across multiple plants
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction level of 90% as minimum
  • Establish clear objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness
  • Organize resources for various projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities in line with requirements
  • Familiarity with ASME standards, IBR codes, and EN codes, lean manufacturing techniques
  • Preparation of contracts, negotiation with customers to secure Change orders
  • Realization of milestone payments
  • On-time delivery to avoid Late Delivery
  • Managing Real-time projects from start to end
  • Commercial aspects management & other contract conditions
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and material risk mitigation
  • Capacity Planning oversight and best inventory practice implementation
  • Coordination with design teams/projects teams/purchase teams/vendors or suppliers/shop production planning teams to align with Monthly production plans
  • Driving continuous improvement in vendor development & selection of vendors for procuring raw materials/sub-contracting
  • Participation in root cause analysis and collaboration on corrective and preventive strategies with Operations & Procurement teams

Competencies Required:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of computers (MS Office), commercial/contractual terms expertise

In-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, EN Codes, helping in procurement and identifying the best suppliers for raw materials specifications & standards of reputed EPCs/EIL/Process Licensors would be an added advantage, knowledge and certification in Prime Vera, experience in MS Project
