SAP Customer Service Expert

Seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation and management of SAP Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in delivering high-quality service projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage SAP CS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize master data, supporting document types, and pricing models to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain corrective and preventive maintenance services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage service contracts, monitoring, and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Process warranty claims from customers and suppliers efficiently.
  • Handle in-house repairs and recurring services with precision.
  • Manage service orders and interaction center requests effectively.
  • Analyze business process gaps and requirements to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP CS implementation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory.
  • S4 Certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in handling issues, troubleshooting, and support functions.
  • Experience in building integrations with non-SAP applications.
  • Good knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer trust and confidence.

  • Ready to work in a 24 x 5 support environment.
