Strategic Financial Leader

As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic planning of the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. They will have proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will lead the finance and accounting team and play a pivotal role in coordination with other functional teams to facilitate overall efficiencies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals
- Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports
The CFO will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations and report financial results to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions
- Representing the organization with bankers and investors
- Raising additional capital as necessary to fund the organization's expansion
