Site Engineer: Office Interiors Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing site activities, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate project management
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information necessary for project planning and execution
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions for review by project stakeholders
  2. Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses to support budgeting and cost control efforts
  3. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements
Requirements
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, design specifications, and industry best practices
  • Evaluate project feasibility, considering technical, financial, and logistical factors, and provide recommendations for approval or modification to project plans
