Are you a skilled project coordinator with experience in interior fit-outs and renovations? We are seeking an Interior Project Manager to oversee the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team. As an Interior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
