Job Overview:

This role requires a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of interior design projects. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Operations Leads and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience from project booking to handover, serving as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and ensuring timely resolution within committed timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including installers, vendors, category teams, and product teams, to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems on the ground.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by hiring top talent and adhering to defined process SOPs and standards to deliver a standardized customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to customer move-in timelines, overall CSAT scores, and rapid resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • Prioritization of NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
  • Strategic alliance management through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
