Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of voice agents, ensuring they meet targets and adhere to quality standards.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, as well as organizing regular skill development and process refresher sessions.
  • Track and report team metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders, sharing updates, feedback, and improvement plans.
