Job Opportunity: Sales Operations Analytics Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor sales metrics and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to enhance process efficiency and revenue growth by analyzing sales data, market trends, and workflows.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.
  • Optimize sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations with expertise in SQL, advanced Tableau skills, and proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
