Job Role

  • We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage all client and operational matters, ensuring seamless delivery and financial performance across various service lines.
  • The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing an operational strategy that supports business growth, technological innovation, and regulatory changes.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing operational functions, implementing best practices, and aligning workflows with business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, solution-driven approach, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute an operational strategy that drives business growth and efficiency.
  2. Oversee client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Ensure smooth operational execution, providing client deliverables ahead of deadlines.
  4. Drive standardization and automation to improve fund administration efficiency and reduce errors.
  5. Manage client relationships, operational risk, and service level agreements.
