As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, preparing and maintaining financial records and reports, and supporting the reconciliation process.

  • Assist in managing cash flows, general ledgers, and other financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and reconcile financial transactions to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  2. Develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance.
Requirements and Qualifications:

A B.Com graduate or equivalent is required for this role. Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new policies and procedures is essential for success in this role.
