Enterprise Transformation Architect

Lead and architect enterprise-wide transformation programs through combined expertise in application and functional process analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, analyze existing processes, and ensure that the transformation aligns with organizational goals.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of platform transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and facilitate workshops and meetings to implement effective changes.
  • Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in platform transformation, and provide insights based on expertise.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems, and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and architecture frameworks.
  • Proficiency in integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • 15 years full-time education required.
