Business Development Operations Analyst

Description:

The Business Development Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving business growth and productivity by providing strategic sales support to Sales Leaders. This role acts as the liaison between sales, finance, legal, HR, support, marketing, and global resources to ensure cooperation and consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Sales Leaders to understand strategic sales plans and deliver tactical results.
  • Develop a model to optimize resource investment across assigned franchises by optimizing territory mapping.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the sales organization to enable business execution.
  • Analyze sales data to create historical records and trends for PPR stats, product sales, region sales, industry sales, partner performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Evaluate and automate forecasting systems to ensure effective pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  • Implement tracking, reporting, and dashboarding systems for useful sales metrics to support US sales management teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/finance analyst or business operations role.
  • Excellent operational and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong business judgment.
  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other database tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into sound business reasoning.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
