Business Process Improvement Specialist

The Business Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for examining and refining business processes to increase efficiency and meet organizational goals.

To achieve this, the specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process outcomes align with strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure process alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Process Design: Develop and design new business processes by understanding requirements and objectives.
  • Documentation: Create detailed business process documentation, including process maps and flowcharts.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to process changes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Technology Integration: Work with IT teams to evaluate/implement technology solutions that support and enhance business processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users affected by new or changed processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor process performance to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Familiarity with project collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP/BPM system implementation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of data query and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
