Chief Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our technology services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be proficient in project management tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple business units or technical domains.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure adherence to the PMO's project governance framework, including documentation, reporting, and approval processes.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans where needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• years of project management experience, preferably within a structured PMO environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure devops, TFS or equivalent).
