Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful content collateral, including customer proposals, executive decks, whitepapers, and infographics to convey complex solutions.
  • Collaborate with CTO teams to extract technical insights and turn them into engaging stories for customers.
  • Develop thought leadership content for industry events, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Design compelling visual storytelling assets, such as infographics, journey maps, and data visualizations to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and go-to-market messaging.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in telecom (preferably with Tier-1 operators or OEMs).
  • Proven track record of content creation and storytelling in 4G/5G domains.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, optimization, testing, and emerging AI/ML applications in telecom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in creating executive-level presentations, infographics, and visual narratives.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or any content design tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, technical, and marketing teams.
