As a seasoned Fund Accounting professional, you will have the opportunity to drive financial planning and reporting for our clients.

The role involves leading and supporting the delivery of monthly/quarterly financial reports, investor updates, and regulatory filings. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 Fund Accountants, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting
    • Develop and implement efficient processes for financial reporting, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate report requirements and timelines.
  • Group Reporting
    • Review and finalize management fees and client reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with Group Finance to develop and maintain AUM/FUM reporting templates.
  • Administrator Oversight, Systems and Process Management
    • Evaluate and improve administrator performance, monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
  • Projects
    • Lead initiatives to enhance the Fund Accounting operating model, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • People Management
    • Mentor and develop a team of Fund Accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • COE Specific Responsibilities
    • Pilot innovative efficiency initiatives, working closely with India-based teams to identify and implement best practices.
