Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • The successful candidate will manage the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing timely and accurate financial data.
  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Developing budgets and forecasts
  2. Tracking and reporting key financial metrics
  3. Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closures
  4. Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations
  5. Preparing accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial statements
  6. Monitoring marketing spends and Return on Investment (ROI)
  7. Analyzing costs and driving operational efficiency to improve profitability
  8. Managing cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  9. Supporting financial projections, board decks, and due diligence
  10. Managing investor reporting and updates
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail)
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
