Customer Support Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Daily monitoring of EDD-B2C & B2B/APEX DELIVERY PERFORMANCE and ensuring PUD meets required targets of MBO.
  • Daily monitoring on key customer shipments for timely intact deliveries as per EDD. If any deviation on EDD, taking up with concern hub's for timely connection. Exception while deliveries highlighting the same to concerned trackers for timely alternative instruction.
  • Checking and marking all exception reports for 033,174,142,001 to respective locations.
  • After SLAH done, need to do tel calling for undelivered lying shipments.
  • Removing alternate/RTO instructions received from origins.
  • Marking additional handling charges JV mails to origin finance team in coordination with concerned CS persons.
  • Undelivered shipment mail marking to concerned CS tracker to get timely alternative instruction.
  • SLAH kept under control with strong follow-up.
  • COD/FOD/DOD k/off in C2NG and CMM.
  • Monitoring all cash outstanding and maintaining NIL cash outstanding for PUD.
  • For demurrage outstanding closure, all waiver and bill to shipper case follow-up done with concerned CS tracker for faster closure and maintaining NIL DEM o/s.
  • Handling special movements of deliveries, exhibitions, DHL, exam, TDD, etc.
  • Monitoring all undelivered shipments received from field. Fresh undelivered shipments with proper tellling calling done.
  • Generating sales leads.
  • Monitoring on freight and all other cash outstanding related to outbound team.
  • Monitoring all e-tail pickups separately.
  • Monitoring all RVP pickups separately.
  • Supporting ops for day-to-day operations whenever required.

Eligibility:

  • Not in active PIP or under disciplinary action.
  • Minimum educational qualification: graduation in any stream.
