Timings: 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM- Monday to Saturday

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive and proactive Telecaller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, provide product information, and convert leads into orders. A background in sales or customer service especially in the event or design industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or inquiries.

- Explain our designer invitation card offerings, pricing, and customization options.

- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

- Coordinate with the customer and generate meeting for Sales Team

- Support walk-in customers or assist with showroom visits if needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or related field is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in (Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.).

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

- Basic knowledge of invitation cards, printing, or event-related products is preferred.

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools or MS Office is preferred. Must be Technically sound.

- well versed with soft skills, Excellent in conversion.
