Job Title: Pharmaceutical Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at clinics and hospitals, educating them on topics such as rare diseases like Gaucher, Pompe, ASMD, MPS-1, and Fabry's Disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard HCPs into our program and update our CRM system with their details.
  • Establish regular follow-ups with onboarded HCPs to provide continued education and support.
  • Ensure HCPs actively onboard patients to our diagnostic program and facilitate the diagnostic process.
  • Monitor and maintain records of HCP activity and patient onboarding status.
  • Identify potential HCPs to expand our outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested participants.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
