We're seeking a talented professional to join our overseas education team as a Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the process of studying medicine abroad, from initial counselling sessions to post-arrival support.

Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of aspiring doctors. As a Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with students and parents via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  • Assisting students with applications, documentation, and submissions, while coordinating with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
  • Providing ongoing support to students throughout their journey, including visa applications, document preparation, pre-departure orientations, and last-mile queries.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with students and families.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking ability, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems, although not essential, would be highly valued.
