Job Title: Founder's Executive Office

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with leadership, acting as a trusted partner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Project Assistance
  • Support ongoing projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis for decision-making.
  • Write content for various aspects for the director including Social Media, whenever required.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prioritize tasks for optimal time management.
  • Schedule and prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Process expense reports and maintain budget records.
  • Confidentiality & Documentation
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and organised records.
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Ad-hoc Support
  • Take on additional responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
  • Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Research and Content writing capabilities
