Job Overview:

In this role, you will work on projects to fine-tune large language models using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills.

  • You should have a solid foundation in Biology, particularly at the PhD level.
  • You must be able to break down complex biological concepts into simple explanations and work efficiently.
  • The projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst, future-proofing your career in an AI-first world.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Design and solve challenging Biology problems to probe the limitations of large language models.
  • Develop high-quality solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals.
  • Contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula.

Requirements:

  • Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field are eligible.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze complex biological problems with a structured approach.
  • Ability to explain Biology concepts clearly.

This position is open only to candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a PhD.
