Biologics Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in Albumin and Immunoglobulin production to lead our biologics manufacturing program. This is a unique opportunity to design, scale, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes with long-term impact.

This role involves designing and scaling manufacturing processes for Albumin and Immunoglobulins, advising on technology selection, facility setup, and equipment procurement, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, supporting regulatory filings, and implementing quality assurance and control systems.

As the ideal candidate, you will have an advanced degree in Biotechnology or a related field and 10+ years of experience in biologics manufacturing, specifically in Albumin and Immunoglobulins. You will also have a proven track record in large-scale plasma fractionation or recombinant protein production, in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and strong leadership qualities.

Bonus skills include experience engaging with regulatory authorities, familiarity with intellectual property, licensing, and compliance in biologics, and knowledge of market access and global trade regulations.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
  • 10+ years' experience in biologics manufacturing, specifically in Albumin and Immunoglobulins.
  • Proven track record in large-scale plasma fractionation or recombinant protein production.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
Bonus Skills:
