Job Opportunity: Engineering Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of innovative technology solutions that address critical challenges in healthcare. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving technological innovation and strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and industry standards, including CMS guidelines on the Responsible Use of AI.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership on healthcare trends, data governance, data quality, AI adoption, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Spearhead workforce transformation programs to enable seamless adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies across the organization, including upskilling in modern data engineering practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in healthcare technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven executive leadership experience in software engineering, preferably within Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) or related fields.
  • Expertise in healthcare domains such as Integrated Care, Medicare Advantage, RCM, Payment Integrity, and Value-Based Care.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards, especially FHIR, and AI applications in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale data engineering, including experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), cloud-native data platforms (e.g., AWS Lake Formation, Databricks, Snowflake), ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing/data lake architectures.
  • Experience leading teams in building complex, scalable platforms using AI/ML technologies and enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through technology innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership skills.
  • Passionate about workforce development and driving digital transformation at scale.
