Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer for DevOps to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable systems.

You will provide strategic guidance, foster innovation, and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to develop, deploy, and maintain robust systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding DevOps-related inquiries and solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for DevOps processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  • Monitor system health, security, and performance, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of DevOps-related software and systems.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or system operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of leading delivery of complex system/software development projects.
  • Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, Superior written and verbal communication skills.
