Study Abroad Center Head

We are seeking a strategic leader to guide students toward their study abroad aspirations. As a key figure in the success of our Study Abroad program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the study abroad team and supervise counselors and support staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
  • Train staff on the study abroad vertical and industry best practices.
  • Develop strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets by enhancing employee performance and implementing improvements.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions and agents to expand opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage compliance inquiries and retain clients while ensuring smooth logistical functions and resource distribution across the center.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in study abroad processes, enabling efficient guidance through complex applications and related protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership to inspire and guide consultants toward achieving company and personal goals.
  • Expertise in sales strategy to develop and implement plans that align with business objectives and student requirements.
  • Experience in student counseling with a focus on understanding individual educational goals and advising appropriate study destinations and courses.
  • Capability to meet and exceed target achievements and objectives within specified timelines and metrics.
  • Proficient in operations management to ensure smooth logistical functions and resource distribution across the center.
  • Strong client relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with students and education partners.
  • Understanding of compliance management to ensure all activities are within legal and ethical standards set by educational authorities.
