Service Desk Professional

Job Description:

As a Service Desk Professional, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. You will provide expert support for service desk operations ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.

You will utilize various platforms and tools to track, manage, and report incidents and service requests. Additionally, you will implement and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Furthermore, you will oversee networking infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and data flow. You will also deliver remote desktop support to users ensuring seamless access to necessary resources.

Collaboration with teams is crucial to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes. Analyzing incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures is also an essential part of this role.

Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures is another key responsibility. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in the cards and payments domain is also vital.

Providing training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools is also a requirement. Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary upgrades and patches is an ongoing task.

Supporting hybrid work models by ensuring secure and efficient remote access solutions is also a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various platforms and tools for managing IT services
  • Have solid experience with systems and networking infrastructure
