Remote Help Desk Associate

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months -1 year of experience in customer support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shifts and Schedule

The shifts will be rotational in nature, rotating every one to two weeks. The shifts will be for 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break. Any additional time logged in will be compensated via overtime payment.

Probation Period

The probation period is for 90 days and can be extended by another 90 days based on inputs from your reporting manager. There are no leaves allowed during the probation period.
