Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Valuation Manager Mortgage to join our team at Syncarp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical vendors across Loan Against Property (LAP) locations, ensuring that all valuation agencies perform as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while reducing costs incurred through vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review various processes, including Time-to-Audit (TAT), Quality of reports, Productivity, and regular cross-audits of valuation agencies.
  • Manage valuations, technical audits, and setting up standard processes to monitor technical evaluation in the location/branch/agency.
  • Work on valuation requests of special cases, analyze, and provide a proposal to the location/corporate office stakeholder team in terms of collateral acceptability.
  • Maintain market intelligence for new plans approved, number of registrations.
  • Facilitate competition mapping and market trends by collating information from the market to suggest changes.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have 10+ years' work experience in Technical Valuation roles, preferably with a mortgage background. Strong technical relationship with valuers/agencies and understanding of the mortgage market are essential. Civil Engineer/Hindi language knowledge is a plus.
