Ensure that all the valuation agencies in the location perform as per defined SLA while reducing costs incurred through vendors-

Monitoring and reviewing various processes - TAT, Quality of reports, Productivity, regular cross audits of valuation agencies-

To manage the valuations, technical audit and setting up standard processes and monitor the technical evaluation in the location/branch/agency-

Work on valuation requests of special cases, analyze & provide a proposal to the location/corporate office stakeholder team in terms of collateral acceptability.-

Maintaining market intelligence for new plans approved, number of registrations-

Facilitate competition mapping and market trends by collating information from the market to suggest changes Profile-

The successful candidate should have 10+ years’ work experience in Technical Valuation role- valuation in the with any mortgage background company.-
