Our organization is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're seeking a highly skilled Process Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and leading a team of associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Shift Management:
  • Administrative management of associate
  • Job allocation to associates
  • Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
  • Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
  • Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
  • Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
  • Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
  • Stand-in for Area Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SSD operations
