As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Frontend Solutions: Architect and implement highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.
